Private estate

The machines the rest of this runs on.

Work

A Raspberry Pi and a small VPS, joined by a private network, carry the dashboards, the knowledge tooling and the automation I use daily. Nothing on them is on anyone else's platform, which is the entire point.

Plain Linux, no containers: services are units the system supervises, configuration is a file, and a failure is readable without a layer in between. Transcription and the other model-driven jobs run locally where they can.

It doubles as the place where an idea gets tested under real conditions — uptime, backups, certificates, the cost of a mistake — before it is proposed anywhere it would matter more.
